Following detailed due diligence, the Boards of Choice and Connswater have formally agreed to proceed with the merger process.
The Housing Associations will now engage with their tenants, staff and partners to outline the benefits of integration. The intention is to seek final approval of shareholders and relevant external stakeholders before the end of March 2025.
