At Choice we hold Quarterly Staff Recognition Awards to reward those staff members within the organisation who embody our values of being Caring, Committed and Creative. We’re pleased to announce the 2021/22 Quarter 2 staff recognition award winners as follows:
Committed
This award is shared by Susan Fee, Senior Property Assets Coordinator; Barbara Haggan, ICT Projects and Business Relationship Manager; and Leeanne Magee, Area Manager. Susan and Barbara have worked hard together to improve the structure and use of assets data in our Housing Management System, Active H which will underpin improvements in our stock condition process going forward. Leeanne Magee has provided lots of invaluable help, advice and support to the Customer Services Centre in recent weeks alongside her busy Area HousingManager role.
Caring
The award in respect of this value goes to Paula Burns, Service Centre Call Advisor. She is a valued member of the Services Centre team who demonstrates a compassionate and empathetic approach with tenants. Paula seeks to resolve the issues raised by tenants quickly and effectively.
Creative
This award is shared by the cross-departmental team working at the newly formed community at The Brickworks development on the Ormeau Road. Specifically Richard Mealey, Community Development Manager; Fearghal Burke, Housing Officer; Gary McAvoy, Property Services Officer; Paul Madden, Maintenance Assistant; Sharon Leslie, Tenants’ Forum Admin Assistant; and Mark Orr, Senior Development Officer have worked collaboratively and with lots of innovation to address issues raised by tenants. They have engaged intensively and successfully with statutory partners, the local community and political representatives.
