Proud finalists at UK Housing Awards 2021

For 25 years the UK Housing Awards have shone a light on the teams and individuals who have demonstrated a real commitment to the housing sector and whose work has made a valuable impact to the people and communities they serve.

Although unsuccessful on the night Choice were proud to be finalists in three categories.

• Best supported housing landlord – Project: Transformation of Kimberley House from a shared residential home into self-contained apartments
• Homelessness partnership of the year – Partnership Project to provide accommodation for Destitute Asylum Seekers
• Innovator of the year - Step Down Care at The Bank

As a finalist Choice has been recognised as a landlord who goes above and beyond for our tenants. Entries are judged by an esteemed panel of sector leaders.  On Thursday 25^th November the overall winners were announced and the finalists celebrated at a prestigious ceremony in London.
