Awards season is well underway and we are very pleased to have been shortlisted in the national UK Housing Awards.
The UK Housing Awards recognise and reward the very best in the UK housing sector.
Killynure Green will compete in the Sustainability project of the year category at the ceremony in London later this year. This category celebrates exemplar approaches to delivering sustainable homes or projects that improve the sustainability of existing properties.
Killynure Green is the first and only housing scheme in Northern Ireland to meet Level 5 of the Code for Sustainable Homes. This development was the result of an international design competition to build a social housing scheme that would help tackle climate change through the construction of a zero carbon development.
The UK Housing Awards will take place on Thursday 7th May 2020. We are delighted to be recognised at this level and we look forward to hearing how the team gets on, check back here to find out!
