As we practice social distancing and self isolation, life can become very quiet and feelings of anxiety and separation can creep in. But over the past few weeks it has been uplifting to note the creative ways people are reaching out to each other.
You have probably seen lots of rainbows in home windows in your community. These rainbows are a wonderful expression of positivity and they are spreading joy everywhere!
