In line with government advice on the management of the Covid - 19 outbreak, it has become necessary to make changes to the way we deliver our services. These changes are intended to protect our customers and staff whilst ensuring that we continue to provide key essential services. We will continue keep this information up to date as the situation changes.
During this time our offices are closed to the public until further notice. You can contact our staff during normal working hours (Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm) by telephone on 0300 111 2211 or email enquiries@choice-housing.org, We are encouraging our tenants to contact us by email if possible, this will help us deal with the high number of calls we are receiving. Alternatively you can also contact Choice Services Centre through our Facebook messenger service @Choice Housing.
Please note that only repairs that are an emergency and works of a health and safety nature will be completed during this time. Our agents will ask if you or anyone within your household are currently self-isolating as a result of the virus and will be required to notify our maintenance contractors .For emergency repairs outside of working hours please contact Choice on 0300 111 2211. We would request that you do not email emergency requests during this time.
