As part of Fire Safety Week Bleach Green Court was visited by a crew from the local Fire Station.
At a specially organised coffee morning the crew spoke to the tenants and staff about fire safety. The fire fighters discussed evacuation procedures, issues with chargers for mobile phones and lap tops, and also safety when smoking. The usual culprit of the toaster setting off the alarms was also raised. The informal setting really allowed the conversation to open up and tenants felt able to ask questions, getting really sound advise in return. Seeing the benefit of this event, Bleach Green is already planning to take part in Fire Safety Week again next year. Good work everyone!
