Our Assets, In-house Design Team recently completed an exciting refurbishment project at Westbridge House, Fermanagh.
The £200,000 works included replacing the communal kitchen as well as the communal laundry. The fire doors and fire stopping works were upgraded and the schemes communal areas were overhauled.
Sean McGoldrick, Building Surveyor completed the design and technical requirements along with project management duties. Our in-house design team has been established to provide an effective service for our tenants as well as external clients. With reduced consultancy costs, the team are already delivering savings for our tenants.
