At Choice we are committed to delivering excellent customer service, and we use the information gathered from tenant repair feedback surveys to improve our services and build on what we are doing well.

If you have a repair completed in your home be sure to complete and return the entry slip at the bottom of your works order.  We draw a winner every 3 months.  Congratulations to Ellen McConnell at Medway Court, Belfast on her £200 prize money.
