Choice appoints heating maintenance contractor

Choice recently appointed a new heating maintenance contractor, CTS Projects who will now complete all servicing and heating repairs reported from 1 November 2023. Other work such as solar panel maintenance and mechanical ventilation and heat recovery systems (where fitted) will also be completed by CTS Projects or their sub-contractor.

Choice marks 30th anniversary of local Larne housing scheme

Tenants and staff from McNeill Court in Larne joined staff from Choice Housing to mark the 30th anniversary of the sheltered living scheme. The development, located in the heart of Larne town provides 44 self-contained one-bedroom apartments, which includes mobility and wheelchair standard properties.
