Mill Court tenants have been collecting their used aluminium cans for recycling.
Not only does recycling aluminum cans help the environment but it can also be used to raise money, which is exactly what one local community farm is doing.
Our tenants at Mill Court, Belfast, are supporting St James Farm which is run by volunteers and is a welcoming place for everyone in the community. Recycling aluminium is raising vital funds to assist with vet bills at the farm.
Scheme Co-ordinator Jeanette McLaughlin accompanied the tenants last week as they visited the farm to drop off their contribution.
