The Choice staff recognition awards for last quarter were presented by Michael McDonnell this week to three deserving staff members; Jeffrey Hillier (customer centred), Paul O’Kane (dynamic) and Lianne Hillan (trustworthy).
Jeffrey Hillier – Customer Centred
Jeffrey has shown dedication to his role as Property Services Officer and is always willing to lend a hand – but in the last quarter in particular he has been helping out other teams when staff are off on leave to ensure a consistent service is delivered to our tenants.
His fellow colleagues find Jeffrey a pleasure to work with and comment that he always has a smile on his face! Going the extra mile in his dealings with both staff and tenants is part of his nature and he endeavours to help tenants as much as he can at all times.
Paul O’Kane – Dynamic
As a Housing Officer, Paul is an integral part of his team and has helped improved the overall standard of accommodation and service provided to our tenants in Belfast. He is currently in the process of setting up a communal area for city centre residents to gather and hold meetings.
Paul’s role means that he deals with high levels of anti-social behavior and has been liaising with G4S to determine additional security measures, to ensure our tenants, feel safe in their homes.
Most recently, Paul has been liaising with Radius to rehouse tenants from Russell Court. Paul has worked diligently with the Housing Executive, the tenants and Radius to try to find new homes for their displaced tenants.
Lianne Hillan – Trustworthy
Lianne’s role is as west Belfast Team Administrator, she offers support to all head office and external staff. Lianne consistently goes above and beyond to help out not just her team but also other colleagues. Lianne is honest and a highly valued member of the team who is committed to her role and continually demonstrates high levels of diligence and efficiency in her work to get the job done. This has earned her the respect and trust of the whole team.
