At Choice, our tenants and service users should expect and receive the very best support from our teams.

We know there are some things that we can do better and this year, we’re seeking your help to find the things that we are doing well and any areas that need some improvement.

Giving good, honest feedback should be quick and easy. That’s why we’ve teamed up with the Tenants’ Forum and Market Research Agency, Millward Brown Ulster to develop our ‘Choice Customer Satisfaction Survey’. It covers topics that the Tenants’ Forum have highlighted as being important to tenants. These topics include; your home, your area, anti-social behaviour, sheltered services, rent, repairs and communication.  You can also let us know of any other issues that you wish to comment on.

Please complete the questionnaire before 7th August 2016.  To thank you for taking part in the survey you will be entered into our prize draw. If you complete the survey online you will need to enter the reference number that appears on the top left hand corner of your postal survey to be entered into the prize draw.  Please note the survey and prize draw is only open to tenants.

Once Millward Brown have collated the results we will be working with our management team and the Central Tenant’s Forum to develop an improvement action plan.  The results will also be published on our website and Choice News.
