The Choice Customer Satisfaction Survey closed on 7th August 2016. Thank you to everyone who returned a survey to Millward Brown Ulster.

Your views are important to us and we really appreciate you taking the time to give us your feedback. We were encouraged by the response rate and to thank you for taking part in the survey, all customers who completed and returned a survey were entered into our prize draw. The winners will be randomly selected by Millward Brown Ulster and we will be in touch with the winners soon!

Millward Brown Ulster will analyse your responses and produce a report on the findings. You can be rest assured that your answers will be treated in the strictest confidence and, as a member of the Market Research Society, Millward Brown Ulster is required to comply with the Data Protection Act 1998. Individual responses and details will not be accessible to Choice staff and it will it be possible for the views of any individual person to be identified in the report of the results.

Once Millward Brown have collated the results we will be working with our management team and the Central Tenant’s Forum to develop an improvement action plan. The results will also be published on our website and in the next edition of Choice News.
