The newsletter for Choice Housing Ireland Tenants includes:

• New Chief Executive, Michael McDonnell sets out his  vision for Choice as a leading social enterprise generating a sustainable surplus to apply to our social and charitable purpose.
• Choice Customer Satisfaction Survey - The Tenants’ Forum have worked in partnership with Choice to plan the Customer Satisfaction Survey to ensure that we focus on the issues that matter to our customers the most. An independent market research company will carry out this work on our behalf. In doing so we aim to produce independent results and eliminate any bias from your feedback on our services.
• Delivering new homes for Northern Ireland - Our Development Team are working on new housing schemes to deliver much needed homes across Northern Ireland.
• Tenants’ Forum News – Find out more information on the activities that our Tenants’ Forum have been up to over the past couple of months.
