Our New Name – Choice
Dear Tenant,
We have been keeping you up to date over recent months with the tenant consultation process regarding our proposed merger plans. The feedback from tenants has been very positive and we are delighted to advise you that from June 2015 OakleeTrinity and Ulidia will begin trading under the new name of Choice.
In Choice we have brought together high quality homes and services, with more than 300 professional staff from the Associations, to craft a new vision as a modern housing provider. As well as having a new name, we have also designed a new Choice identity with the help of our Tenants’ Forum. From June onwards all future contact with you will be known as Choice. Our new name and signage will be displayed at all of your schemes in due course.
We are also planning the launch of a new customer web site called ‘www.choice-housing.org’ which will allow you to access new information about our range of services. We hope that the merger will bring many service improvements. We would also encourage you to join our Tenants’ Forum which can be done through your schemes to help you have your input into developing even better services. Our improvement plans will be sent to you very soon in the new Choice Newsletter.
